This blog is fantastic - couldn't come at a better time. I've been quite down for several months and this was like a breath of fresh air.

I do have a suggestion or two - look at the work of Emile Coue on autosuggestion and how it has the power to shape how you feel about yourself.

You are a strong, beautiful person for doing this blog and thank you so much!
